Reproductive Ultrasonography in the Mare
Description: This 1-day course is designed to give veterinarians the opportunity to gain experience using ultrasonography to aid in mare reproductive management. This course is held at Equine Reproduction Concepts, LLC, a reproduction facility located in Amissville, Virginia. Description: A herd of 20 to 25 in-house mares will be available daily for palpation/ultrasound exams. Participants are welcome to utilize these mares throughout a 3.5 hour period of time to gain experience with palpation and ultrasonographic techniques.
